Description

I designed this featherboard for my Hikoki table saw because other designs didn't reach all the way to the saw blade or wouldn't stay in place if secured with only one bolt. The fingers are replaceable and are secured by screwing M5 bolts directly into them, rather than inserting nuts. The M6 countersink head bolts, which secure the body to the track, are filed flat on each side to prevent them from rotating in the track nut when tightened. If you need a track nut without the ‘T’, I have another model that might suit your requirements.

10/3/26 - Following a request, I added a 3mf version of the track nut with a hole underneath for an M6 hex nut, rather than the hole for the filed countersunk bolt.
