Description
Two Cookie cutter formed as the otholiths from a herring and a cod. The otholiths are the ear stones that in the fish case can be used to decide the age of the fish. You can count year rings in the otholith the same way you can do it on a tree. Now you can also make delicios cookies with the shape of an otholith. Made these for my work mates at the swedish sea fish laborotory in Lysekil. I can tell you that the marien biologists were exited about the cookie cutters. And I can confirm that they made excellent cookies which also tasted very well.
