Mini Vacuum Nozzle for Powder Coating – Prototype

This is a mini vacuum nozzle designed for a handheld vacuum cleaner, intended specifically for powder coating applications.
The nozzle helps to remove excess powder from small areas, corners, and hard-to-reach spots during or after the coating process.

Technical details:

• Connection tube inner diameter: 10 mm
• Nozzle width: 20 mm
• Nozzle height: 20 mm
• Total length: 50 mm
• Material used: PLA
• Hollow design for airflow through the center

This model is my first prototype, created to test the basic shape, airflow, and usability. It is functional, but clearly a starting point rather than a final, optimized design.

I would be very grateful for any feedback, suggested improvements, or modified versions of this nozzle.
