Dehumidifier Basket is a practical 3D-printed accessory designed for long-term filament storage in vacuum bags.

The basket is filled with silica gel, which actively absorbs moisture from the enclosed environment. When placed together with a filament spool inside a vacuum bag and sealed, it helps reduce humidity to a minimum level. This significantly protects filament from moisture-related issues such as brittleness, poor layer adhesion, and print defects.

The solution is simple, reusable, and highly effective for maintaining filament quality over time.

The basket is fully compatible with SUNLU and BAMBU LAB filament spools, making it a versatile choice for many 3D printing setups.

3D Print Profile is prepared in a way to be ready to print as standard Bambu Lab Studio 0.2 mm profile so basically you can run it via mobile app and should print beautifully.

Print looked good but my settings must have been off. Used Sunlu PETG with Bambu PETG settings. Cap will not screw in. It's my error. First time printing with PETG and not having good results.

Hi, Thank You for feedback, i dont have idea how petg will keep tolerances for this model. PLA especially Matte, will do work for you 100% ! thats for sure ;) maybe try lower the flow rate by 50% for PETG +turn on adaptive layers for both elements. This should help !

I printed up a bunch of these a few months ago, when I first got my printer. Most have held up well, but 3 of them have broken (all in the same spot) when trying to insert or remove from the reels. All in all, a good solid design with thick walls. * they snap off at the base
