MagSafe iPhone and Apple Watch Charger

A simple and tidy charging dock for your iPhone, Apple Watch, and MagSafe compatible AirPods charging case.

 

I have incorporated cable channels to neatly route USB cables internally, exiting at the rear of the dock to keep cables secure and organised.

 

The base plate, with incorporated feet, is affixed utilising heat-insert nuts and machine screws, including the Apple Watch charging cable guide (centre of the model).

 

For this print, I used the Gold PLA Silk from BambuLab and noticed that the radii are marginally wider than that of PLA Basic and Matte; however, this does not affect the fitment of the MagSafe chargers.

 

One item I would highly recommend in order to install the Threaded Brass Heat-Insert Nuts is the 100W USB-C Smart Soldering Iron Kit sold through the BambuLab online store. This kit comes with the required parts to facilitate the installation of the Heat-Insert Nuts and is easy to set up and use.
