Water polisher - Filter floss - Adaptor

Simple adapter for filter floss / water polishing (DIY use).

This is a small aquarium hobby accessory intended to help collect debris while cleaning small tanks.

My setup is a bowl under 5 gallons with no external filtration. 

While scraping the glass, I found this adapter useful for collecting algae into a small floss-filled chamber.

This is not intended as a primary filtration system. 

Avoid packing too much floss or polishing pad inside, as this may restrict flow.

****You will need an adapter compatible with the pump you plan to use.****

For reference, I used a BS400-type pump.

The hose connection size on this adapter is 10 mm (example size).
