Description

Servus

Looking for a simple quick device to print cardboard rolls to Bambu own ??
Then you are right here!!
I think I don't have to say anything just print it
Then the few grams of supports go away
on a Bambu roll on it and into the cordless screwdriver
piece of ptfe hose at hand
Filament through PTFE hose
and the party goes off

I printed it in PLA and it lifts great
You don't have to turn the cordless screwdriver too tightly

The spool holder is great, but if you have larger spools like Jayo for example, you can find adapter rings from me https://makerworld.com/en/models/2648048-jayo-adapter-spool-holder?profiled=2927490#profileId-2927490

Works perfectly. So far i used it for spooling 5 complete 1kg spools and there is no issue with strength so far. threads working good. maybe a small chamfer could make inserting it a bit easier. but thats fine tuning.

The thread was initially somewhat stiff, but it functioned well afterward. Rewinding also worked with a non-Bambu spool. Nothing broke. Printed in PLA

I am printing the filament rewinder as a test in PETG with 10 walls and the wall generator enabled. Since the part will be subjected to mechanical stress, I want to check if it becomes stable enough and runs smoothly as a result. After that, I will test if the stiff PETG spools can be evenly rewound with it, and report whether the settings have worked

Short text to the designer: Hello, the bit holder broke after the first use. Please either reinforce the part significantly or alternatively provide a mount for your own metal bit holder. A stable 1/4-inch hex mount or a suitable insert hole would be useful so that a separate metal bit part can be inserted. This would make the stressed area significantly more robust than a completely printed bit holder

I needed to respool a single broken roll of Spidermaker and didn't want to spend the afternoon printing parts, assembling or hunting down drill bits, screws or pencils. Printed this single print with PETG in a little over an hour, pulled it off the plate, connected the drill and my broken roll is now respooled. Exactly what I needed without a bunch of hassle. Thanks for the simple, useful design!

I had a spool come apart and could not compress it enough to lock it. this worked to squeeze it together and it will fit in the AMS. once it’s down more I’ll try to lock it. thanks for the file.
