Print Settings & Parts
This model is optimized for easy printing and assembly. No supports are required if oriented correctly!
- Rim: 1x (Suggest PETG or high-perimeters PLA for extra toughness)
- Door Mount: 1x (Designed to fit most standard interior doors)
- Net Pieces: 36 pieces recommended for the full look shown, but the modular design allows you to customize the length!
- Infill: 20% (Grid or Gyroid recommended for structural integrity)
- Walls: 2–4 walls for better rigidity on the rim and mount.
Assembly & Usage
- Print the Net: The chain links snap together easily.
- Mounting: Simply slide the bracket over the top of your door.
- Pro Tip: Use a lightweight foam basketball or a 3D-printed airless basketball to ensure longevity and keep the noise down!
Warning: While this print is sturdy, it is not designed for "slam dunking" or hanging on the rim. Keep it to jump shots!
