Boost Me (for free)
Hey all,
I would really appreciate if you boost my model(s).
It really motivates me to make more models.
I´ve got some vessels still in line to come :)
This is a model of a german WW2 Type XXI Submarine.
I made a small version of my type XXI Sub that prints without AMS and is much smaller, faster and easier to print.
Its cut in 3 pieces + the socket. Just use glue to put the 3 sections on top of each other. Be careful about the right alignment of the middle section. You dont have to glue the sub to the socket. It sits quite well in there.
Scale is between 1:300 and 1:350 (just the maximum that fits the X1/P1/P2/A1 print bed).
Filaments used:
dark grey: Sunlu PETG Mate Grey
Black: Sunlu PETG Black
Light grey: Geeetech PETG Grey
Printing advices:
Use a percise print profile (f.e. 0.16mm high detail on 0.4mm nozzle)
Enable supports for the upper and lower sections (mandatory)
Be careful while removing the support, things are pretty thin
If you have any questins just comment or send me a dm :)
