E-flite Viper 64mm Grass Landing Gear Vent Covers

These covers are designed to prevent grass and debris from entering the model during takeoff and landing on grass fields.

The vent cover helps block grass from being sucked into the fuselage. Installation is very easy — just apply two small drops of glue on the sides to secure it in place.

The landing gear grass covers use a snap-in / snap-out design, so they are quick and easy to install or remove. No permanent modification is required, making them ideal for planes with removable landing gear.

The complete set weighs around 3 grams, so the impact on flight performance is minimal.

You can print the parts using PLA, ABS, or PET-G — basically whatever filament you already have loaded on your printer 🙂.

Originally designed for the E-flite Viper 64mm, but they should also work on other EDF jets with similar removable landing gear (e.g. H-KING Viper 64, Futura).
