Benchy Hanger for HSW - requires 1/4" (6.4mm) rods

Quick print to hang your benchys on your HSW without using an excessive amount of filament. All you need is a ¼" dowel rod cut to length depending on how far you space the hanger ends apart from each other. The hanger ends are designed so you can continue the run of dowel rods as long as you want. Also included are caps that will prevent the rods from coming off the hangers. They are friction fit and easily slide on and off.

Plug the hangers into the openings for the desired length of benchy storage. Take your dowel rod and place one end into the pocket of one of the hangers. Use a pencil to mark how long your dowel needs to be to fit snugly between the hangers. Cut to length. Slide your benchy prints onto the dowel rod as shown. Lift the rod with benchys on it and place onto the hangers. Secure with the included clips.

I put a piece of tape on the underside of each benchy print that identifies the brand and color that was used to print the benchy. With this hanging system, I simply rotate the benchy up to read the underside. This system is easily expandable as I add more benchy samples.
