Description

Description:

This is a PTFE tubing guide with 180 degree bends at 85mm DIA (42.5mm radius) and 65mm DIA (32.5mm radius) to prevent kinks and and undesired bends, especially when the printer is against a wall.

This allows for the total length of PTFE tubing to be minimized, thus reducing the distance/time that filament must travel when loading/unloading from an AMS system. Overall, the time reduction is not massive, but it allows for smooth travel within the tubing. For accurate calculations, make sure to create a custom printer profile and adjust the filament load and unload times for the reduced print time to be reflected when a plate is sliced.

Hope you enjoy!
