⛱️ Modular Universal Stand: For Parasols, Christmas Trees & more

I developed this modular stand to offer maximum flexibility. Originally designed as a stable solution for parasols in the grass, the design can be used almost anywhere thanks to its interchangeable feet.

The design is robust and universally applicable.

✨ Main Features & Variants

The system is modular. You can choose the appropriate base depending on the surface:

  1. Option 1: Ground Spike – Perfect for meadows or soft ground. The thorn-shaped feet are firmly driven into the ground, ensuring a secure hold in windy conditions.
  2. Option 2: Base Stand – With the flat supports, the holder becomes a classic stand for the terrace, balcony, or living room.

🌲 Versatile Applications

Thanks to the 40mm receptacle (with clamping screw), the stand is extremely versatile:

  • Summer: Parasols in the garden.
  • Winter: As a Christmas tree stand (with the base supports).
  • Other: For flagpoles, badminton nets, camping clotheslines, or photo equipment.

🖨️ Print Recommendations

Since this part is subjected to mechanical stress and (for parasols) stands in the sun, please note the following instructions:

  • Material:
    • For outdoor use (parasol), I strongly recommend PETG, ASA, or ABS. PLA can deform in direct summer sun (creeping/softening).
    • For indoor use (Christmas tree), PLA is sufficient.

🔧 Assembly

  1. Print the central hub and 4x the desired legs (spikes or flat feet).
  2. Insert the legs into the hub.
  3. Use the printed screw to secure the umbrella/tree.

Have fun printing! If you like the design, I'd appreciate a like or a boost! 🚀
