Cute Flexi Cat – Support-Free Chibi Figure

Cute Lying Cat is an adorable chibi-style cat figurine designed for easy, reliable, and completely support-free 3D printing.

The model features a calm lying pose, big expressive eyes, and smooth rounded shapes that print cleanly even on standard FDM printers.
Thanks to its carefully designed geometry, no supports are required at all, making it perfect for beginners and quick, hassle-free prints.

 

Important: This model was developed and tested on Bambu Lab printers.
If you are using another printer or slicer, please make sure your machine is calibrated and settings are tuned correctly.
I can’t guarantee identical results on every third-party setup.

🧲 Print Profile

Magnetic Version | Wall-Mount Cat (Maker’s Supply Magnet)

This optional print profile adds magnetic mounting functionality using real hardware from Maker’s Supply.

Hardware used (Maker’s Supply):

• Round Magnet Ø4×2 mm
  Used for magnetic wall or surface attachment.

Assembly notes:

• The magnet is inserted after printing.
• Press-fit tolerance allows easy installation.
• For stronger hold, a small drop of glue can be used (optional).

🔧 Update | Version 2

The tail connection links have been slightly reinforced (thickened) to improve strength and durability.

Please note:
Due to the articulated design and PLA material properties, allow the print to fully cool down before removal.
After removal, gently move the tail side-to-side to loosen the joints. Avoid bending while the print is still warm.

The eyes are designed as a tight press-fit, so no glue is required 🙂

To install them, gently press them in using the handle of a tool (for example, a support removal tool) — this gives better control and prevents damage.

If needed, you can slightly warm the part in your hands or scale the model up by 1–2% for easier insertion.

The fit is intentionally tight to ensure the eyes stay in place without glue.
