Description
*** Note: This model has been superseded by my newer version which you can find at https://makerworld.com/en/models/2408846-bambulab-scraper-for-60-mm-utility-blades-v2. This model still works very well, but I would recommend checking out the newer version because there are several noticeable improvements that make the use even more enjoyable.
The Original Version
This scraper is designed to work with a standard 60 mm utility razor blade, secured using two M2 nuts and two M2×4 screws. While several models exist for the Bambu‑issued scraper blade—optimized for the ideal cleaning angle—I wasn’t able to find a version built specifically around a common utility blade. The few that did exist often required printing additional spacers to prevent screw tips from protruding below the tool, which can damage your build plate.
After testing multiple community designs, I decided to create a version that solved these issues cleanly and reliably. This model incorporates many hours of refinement to achieve the right blade angle, component depth, and assembly simplicity. The spacer is integrated directly into the handle, eliminating the need for extra printed parts and avoiding bulky thumb guides. I selected M2 hardware because the nuts fit neatly into the underside of the blade shelf—larger sizes such as M3 would not fit without extending past the bottom surface.
I’ve put a lot of care into refining this model, and I hope it becomes as useful in your workflow as it has in mine. Your feedback on print quality, assembly, and performance is greatly appreciated. If this scraper earns a place in your daily toolkit, a BOOST would help a lot!

As I stated in the description, a lot of effort went into the creation of this scraper. I did not stop modifying until it met my strict seal of approval. Assembly Instructions
Slide the blade shelf into the handle with the nut sockets facing downward.

Slide the into the handle from the side, lining up the holes in each part.

Insert the nuts into the sockets on the bottom of the base, and insert the M2×4 screws through the handle and thread them into the nuts just enough to hold the nuts in place. I placed my fingers under the base to hold the nuts in while threading the screws into them. Leave the screws loose enough to be able to insert the utility blade.

Slide the utility blade between the upper section of the handle and the top of the shelf, aligning it with the screw shafts. Tighten the screws.

When fully tightened, the screws will pull the nuts upward into the shelf so that no hardware protrudes below the tool.

Usage
Hold the scraper with the logo facing upward and angle it so the bottom of the blade shelf sits level with the build plate.
