Description

Functional protective end caps for 4040 & 4080 t-slot extrusion.

Perfect for use in workshop jigs where attachments are regularly added or removed from the track using a t-slot insert/t-bolt.

This model protects the end of the extrusion while still allowing access for these inserts. The completely square endcaps prevent you from doing this without constantly removing the endcap.

Designed to be a tight fit. Use a rubber mallet or similar to seat them in place.

PLA or PETG recommended.
