Description

A tough(er) pants hanger designed to handle heavier garments like my Nike pants (for whatever reason) without bending or deforming. After my standard plastic hangers started warping and finally breaking under the weight, I decided to design this tougher alternative. Perfect for anyone tired of flimsy hangers that bend under heavier clothing items.

 

Printing Tips:

  • Must be printed in PETG (or better) as PLA will deform under sustained weight
  • 0.8mm nozzle heavily recommended for increased strength
  • Optional: Print on smooth plate for a more uniform, appearance (remember to use glue to not damage the plate)

 

Performance Notes: This hanger (as of now) is performing well, but long-term durability is still being tested. The larger nozzle size used creates thicker walls and more robust layer adhesion, which should help it maintain its shape under continuous load.
