🧠 Engineer's Note: The Fuzzy-Skin modifier

To get the best out of optics and printability, I used a special trick that is preset in the .3mf file:

  • The Technique: I added a modifier in the slicer that only gives the Doberman's body a Fuzzy Skin (rough surface).
  • The Advantage: This not only looks like realistic, short fur but also ensures that the supports detach extremely easily and cleanly from the body. No tedious post-processing!

To achieve the Fuzzy-Skin effect and easy-to-remove supports, you absolutely must use the provided .3mf file:

  • Modifier:Enabled. The Fuzzy-Skin area is already correctly defined.
  • Supports:Optimized. The supports are set to detach easily in combination with the Fuzzy Skin. Simply load and print!
