UPDATE I have added another print profile to remove the “foot” on the back in the hopes that it will make this fixture more universal. Thank you all for printing this!
This is a no drilling mount for your battery powered Ring Doorbell! Its currently designed for 4inch vinyl siding. This mount uses the black screws(in the bag labeled A with the drywall anchors) that come in the box to mount the ring bracket to the 3d printed mount! I printed this in white PETG-HF. I recommend PETG because they will hold up better outside but the prototypes I made were out of PLA and worked great also.
- The picture labeled 1 is showing to screw the ring bracket to the mount but leaving the top 2 loose so you can slide it under the seam in the siding.
- The picture labeled 2 is showing how it should look once you slide the mount into the seam in the siding.
- The picture labeled 3 is once you tighten the top screws to allow the top to grab the siding and tighten the mount onto the siding!
