Description

UPDATE: I've updated the MP5FG-NX project with new NX2 models, that include 3 variations:

NX2 is the same as the original model with the channel guide in the very front of the grip, but the hardware holes were widened to make it easier for MLOK hardware, this update is included in all versions now, drilling the hole wide enough for your hardware shouldn't be required anymore.

NX2A is a variation which includes no MLOK channel guide based on user feedback to make it easier to mount where you want with a small sacrifice in overall stability. If you're having trouble mounting the foregrip exactly where you want because the location or size of your MLOK handguard channels this is the one to use.

NX2B is a variation where I experimented putting the channel guide closer towards the middle to accommodate certain types of MLOK handguards, if NX2 doesn't work for you and you want to experiment with another option go with this one, if neither work NX2A has no channel guide and can be mounted anywhere.

My first project, an MP5 full sized style foregrip with integrated handstop. I found a few existing files online but none worked, some had incorrect sizes, some didn't have enough space to actually fit mlok hardware, etc.

I took parts from a couple different existing files and threw this together. I'm super new to printing and 3d modeling but was able to make this work, I'm sure it's not the correct  way to do it, but it does lock up tightly to my MP5 and it's exactly what I wanted.

Printed in Sunlu PLA+2.0 but you can print in any PLA+. I assume it other filaments will work as well but haven't tested it.

You'll need MLOK hardware to attach to your MLOK rail. Previous versions of this project required drilling into the MLOK holes to get the hardware to fit properly, I have updated this in the new MP5FG-NX2 update to where drilling shouldn't be necessary anymore, but unique printer and filament properties might still leave some variations in actual prints. If you have any trouble leave feedback in a comment.

Used standard MLOK M5 T-nuts and bolts, you can find the ones I've used here:
