Mobile Spray Booth

First things first: The material requirement for the booth is 5.4 kg of filament.

The external dimensions of this booth are approx: 410mm x 410 mm x 410 mm.

Internally, with filter cotton, it measures approx. 380 mm x 380 mm x 380 mm.

All parts are printed from PLA+. As long as the booth is not exposed to UV radiation, this is perfectly sufficient.

If you want to use PETG or ASA, you must pay attention to the shrinkage factor!

This could potentially lead to assembly problems.

In addition, there's the rotary bearing, screws with nuts, 2 x exhaust fans with USB connection, and filter cotton, as well as 2 rechargeable lamps.

The fans are operated with a power bank and a hub.

Self-locking nuts are used for the outer panels.

For the base plate and turntable, regular nuts are used because they are recessed in the material.

This documentation has been prepared with great care, but it may still contain errors.

Assembly:

Housing:

First, lay out and connect the 4 base plates. Then the lower 6 brackets

Then screw on the bottom plates from the Left, Right, and Back

Screw on the brackets for the middle

Attach the top plates from the Left, Right, and Back.

Attach the brackets for the top and finally screw on the 4 lids.

Screw the brackets onto the cover plates.

First, mount the support blocks for the handle onto the plate, as well as the handle.

Then screw the mounting plate onto the lid.

Rotating unit:

First, screw the kidney-shaped base for the rotary bearing to the inner ring. Insert the nuts while doing so.

Screw the turntable to the outer ring of the rotary bearing.

Finally, screw the kidney-shaped base from below.

Extraction:

Insert the 2 fans into the adapters and attach the end cap. Make sure the cables are routed outwards in the slot.

If necessary, glue in the corner piece to attach a 100mm diameter exhaust hose.
