Product overview

This 3D printable dustbin replaces the disposable bag system with a reusable container that fits into the OMNI station for the DEEBOT T50 Pro Omni series.
It is designed for easy printing, simple assembly and day‑to‑day use in a busy household.

Key features

  • Designed specifically for ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 Pro Omni docking station geometry.
  • Integrated holder for the original ECOVACS filter so you can keep using OEM filtration.
  • Optional DIY filter slot for self‑made filter media (e.g. non‑woven, HEPA sheet, fabric) to fine‑tune filtration and costs.
  • Snap‑fit lid for quick emptying and secure closure during auto‑empty cycles.
  • All main parts join with a small dab of superglue for a rigid, long‑lasting assembly.
  • Simple hinge that is pinned using two short pieces of 1.75 mm filament, no extra hardware required.

Printing recommendations

  • Print all parts in PETG or ABS/ASA for better heat and wear resistance inside the station.
  • Use 0.2 mm layer height, at least 3 perimeters and 20–30% infill for durability and airtightness.
  • Supports are usually only needed for the filter holder overhangs, depending on printer and orientation.

Assembly notes

  • Dry‑fit all pieces first, then fix permanently with small drops of superglue on the mating surfaces.
  • Use two short, straight pieces of filament as hinge pins and push them through the hinge loops until fully seated.
  • Install the original filter (or DIY filter) into the holder, close the snap lid, and place the bin into the OMNI station as you would the original bag container.

Usage & maintenance

  • Empty the bin regularly and check the filter for dust buildup to maintain suction performance.
  • Replace or clean the optional DIY filter media as needed; do not run the system without a filter to protect the robot and station.
