Description

This is a fully 3D printable travel case designed to securely hold injectable medical supplies, with no hardware, magnets, or fasteners required.

I designed this case specifically for TRT while traveling. It accommodates small-gauge 0.3ml insulin-style syringes, which I use for shallow intramuscular (IM) or subcutaneous (SubQ) injections. Using smaller needles allows the case to stay compact and discreet, while still holding everything needed for dosing.

The case fits:

  • 1× 10 ml vial (also fits vial with a cap)
  • Multiple .3 ml insulin-style syringes (commonly used for shallow IM or SubQ)
  • Alcohol prep pads

While designed around my TRT setup, the layout also works well for insulin, peptides, or other injectable medications that use similar supplies.

The internal layout focuses on secure retention during transport, keeping items separated and protected

Update: Version 2 is available now

As my TRT setup is evolving, my storage needs have top adapt.

Version 2 is slightly larger. It fits more .3ml syringes and is slightly taller to accommodate a cap on the 10ml vial. The cap is included in the Version 2 files.

Version 2 also includes a Cap for a 10ml Vial

FIXED MODEL -- TRT Case Version 2
This printed very well! I love how compact it is and durable! I scaled up to about 102% only because files I have seen from others never fit my 10ml bottle in particular, so just wanted to be sure :). thanks so much for this! Now my shots are a little more organized lol. Filament : Elegoo Sparkle Black PLA & Elegoo Orange PLA

Hello, is there any video that teaches how to put the art on the lid when printing starts from it? I'm having trouble combining the SVG and making the art flat and printable. Like the attached. Thank you!

I designed it around these 0.3cc syringes. I'm getting enough people asking for some revisions, so i may make another design that holds 1ml syringes as well as 3ml, 5ml, and 10ml vials. Follow my profile - more designs to come :)

If you cut the design in half and extended it a bit, this would fit the most common syringes for TRT / Insulin / Peptide use.

I didn't have any issues printing. Although I did re-download the 3MF and slice it to see. You are absolutely right, there is a hole in the bottom of the vial slot in the back. I will get this fixed and re-upload. Thanks for pointing that out. :)

it’s very small. I missed it at first too and thought maybe it was just a printing artifact. but when I saw it in the sliced file I figured I’d let you know. great model. take my boost!

any chance the .5cc syringes fit? or would be able to adjust to accommodate the ~10mm extra length.

Do you make a version for longer syringes? I love this box but it doesn’t fit my needles.

This fits 10ml vials. I have multiple 10ml vials that are slightly different sizes. The largest 10ml vial I have is roughly 25mm diameter and 55mm height. The needles I have in this case are 0.3cc/30g/8mm. The needle compartment is roughly 105mm(length) X 35mm(width) X 55mm(height) I have bigger cases with spots for syringe barrels, different sized needles, plenty of 10ml vials... I love how it looks but it’s not long enough to fit my syringes. My warning would be to make sure you measure how long your syringes are to make sure they fit in the case as well.
