Multiboard Tilting Shelf Creality Space Pi Dual
Print Profile(1)

Description
All credit to @FroznBits for the initial design AMS HT Multiboard Tilting Shelf - Free 3D Print Model - MakerWorld
This is a modified shelf to fit a Creality Space Pi Dual dryer instead of the AMS HT of the original design
0.4 nozzle, PLA, print time 6 hours using BambuStudio standard PLA settings in a BambuLab P1S with tree (auto) support enabled
Due to the shelf dimensions, in order to fit the size of the shelf as one piece on one buildplate in a P1S, the shelf prints at a 45 degree angle - I have zero experience with any other 3D printer so I have no idea what or how to adjust for a smaller machine.
This shelf - when properly assembled and mounted to a securely mounted multiboard system - for me has securely held the weight of 2 full 1kg BambuLab Filament spools, with the shelf level, with the shelf in the tilt position, with moving between level and tilt, and with the dryer running or not, with zero issues
The shelf suffers no heat warp or deformation from the dryer running for multiple 10's of hours either.
There is ‘enough’ clearance at the back for the dryers supplied power cable which sticks straight out the back - although the thick stiffened end of the dryers power cord sits closer to the multiboard than would be perfect on this shelf, I have had no issues in the few months I have been using mine
There is a brim for the initial layer which should counter any adhesion issues anybody may have.
The only supports required, believe it or not, are for the 4 side nubs that mount into the brackets - the rest of the shelf prints absolutely fine with no further support required, an impressive display of 3D printers capabilities…
Although @FroznBits licence does not allow remixes, I have been given direct express permission from FroznBits to upload this rework of the shelf
Note: this is only the shelf part
For the brackets (only the brackets, you need not print the original HT shelf) see @FrozenBits original AMS HT tilting shelf print profile and follow all assembly, mounting and usage instructions from there - the only difference for this Space Pi Dual shelf is you need to mount the brackets with 9 multiboard multiholes between them.
You will also need to source all the multiboard system, mounts, bolt locks, snaps etc and follow all mounting and printing instructions for them from the Multiboard site www.multiboard.io
