Wearable Batman VS Superman Utility Belt
Print Profile(1)

Description
Bring the brutal, armored era of Gotham’s Dark Knight to life with this fully functional, 3D-printable Batfleck utility belt—engineered for cosplay, display, and a more tactical take on Batman.
A replica inspired by Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, this fully wearable belt emphasizes a grounded, tactical design with functional components built for real-world wear. It features a working buckle, functional pouches, and cylinders with screw-off lids.
Assembly Instructions
Recommended Filament: PLA or PETG
Materials Needed:
- 3D-printed parts
- 2-inch black elastic or nylon webbing
Assembly Steps
1: Print as many pouches as you want. I printed six, three on each side of the buckle. Align the lid onto the main piece and push a piece of raw filament to complete the hinge system.
2: The plate titled “cylinders” has two cylinders. The lids should screw easily onto the main piece, although it might be tougher depending on your printer's tolerances.
3: Cut the nylon webbing or elastic to fit comfortably around your waist. Once the 3D-printed pieces are assembled, thread them onto the strapping, ending at each ends of the buckle. The cylinders should be directly next to the buckle pieces, followed by three pouches on each side.
4: Enjoy your new battle-ready utility belt!
