☕ Eureka Mignon Portafilter Holder + Tamping Station

This is a compact portafilter holder and tamping station designed for Eureka Mignon grinders and built around real daily use.

The model remixes two models into one solid piece:

• a portafilter holder
• a tamping tray

They are merged together, and the distance to the grinder is tuned so the portafilter sits in a comfortable position for grinding and tamping without awkward angles or wobble.

Fit & Compatibility

• Designed around a Normcore bottomless portafilter — very snug and stable
• Works perfectly with the standard Gaggia portafilter
• Holds the portafilter straight and securely during tamping

Stability & Strength

• Thick walls and a solid base — no flex while tamping
• Heavy enough to stay in place on the counter
• Built to handle daily use, not just for looks

I added a thin cork sheet under mine to reduce slipping on the countertop. This is optional — the model works fine without it.

About the Surface Texture

In the photos, the model has a wood-like surface texture.
This comes from a wood texture modifier applied in the slicer, not from the model itself.

The uploaded model is smooth by default, so you’re free to:

• print it smooth
• add your own texture
• apply a wood / fuzzy / custom modifier if you like that look

Printing Notes

• PLA / PLA+ prints well
• PETG if you want extra toughness or plan to use with really hot portafilter
