Description

Why my model?

I liked the original Vileda sock clip so much that I wanted it in many different sizes.
That’s why I designed it for the following quantities of socks: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16 pairs.
(14- and 16-pair sets are not available for the A1 Mini)

Print Profile Selection

I have tested both PLA and PETG and optimized the following profiles.

Please take into account the diameter of the rods, your printer, and your preferred filament, and choose from the following profiles:

  • Rods with ~Ø16.5 mm 
    • Profiles for the A1 Mini:
      • 16.5 mm - A1-Mini-Profile - PETG - Clip for Socks for Vileda Drying Rack
      • 16.5 mm - A1-Mini-Profile - PETG - Clip for Socks for Vileda Drying Rack
    • Profiles for all other printers:
      • 16.5 mm - A1-X1/2-P1/2-H2S/D/C-Profile - PETG - Clip for Socks for Vileda Drying Rack
      • 16.5 mm - A1-X1/2-P1/2-H2S/D/C-Profile - PLA - Clip for Socks for Vileda Drying Rack
  • Rods with ~Ø15.0 mm
    • Profiles for the A1 Mini:

Notes

  • It works with both PETG and PLA filament.
  • However, I recommend using PETG because of the material's flexibility.

Faulty chamfer removed. Overhangs removed.
Model now works perfectly!
