Description

Check out my full KWS Rack v2 project for the complete modular rack ecosystem.

This patch panel features magnetic labels, allowing you to clearly mark each keystone with its corresponding connection. Labels snap in place magnetically and can be easily rearranged as your setup evolves.

🧲 Magnets Required

You’ll need 6×2 mm round magnets (example).

Recommended quantities:

  • 12× magnets – panel
  • 12× magnets – labels
  • ➕ Strongly recommended: order a few extras

🖨️ Printing Notes

  • Panel
    • Printed with 0.4 mm nozzle
    • Requires some supports (already configured)
  • Labels
    • Printed with 0.2 mm nozzle for sharper text

⚠️ Important:

Both print profiles include planned pauses to insert the magnets.

Make sure to double-check magnet polarity before inserting - orientation matters.
