Reward ducks represent a valuable support to sustain motivation in the daily activities of individuals with ADHD, particularly adults who often face difficulties in starting and maintaining tasks. This tool acts as a small source of dopamine, a neurotransmitter closely linked to motivation and the sense of gratification, helping make even tasks perceived as tiring or unstimulating more manageable. The ducks help promote attention, behavioral regulation, and active participation, highlighting small daily achievements, reducing frustration, and fostering a positive environment.

How to use them: each time a particularly difficult or demanding task is completed, a certain number of ducks is earned. By accumulating ducks, one can then receive a small reward, chosen according to personal preferences, thus reinforcing motivation and the sense of gratification associated with completing tasks.
For the ducks I created, I chose the color blue, a choice intended to support a positive mood and convey a sense of calm and tranquility, qualities that the color blue naturally evokes.
