Description

These are the 2 trim panels that mount to the Bonnet of the FD and contain a little rubber part that guides the water / Air away. These pieces are, unfortunately, NLA from Mazda, hence why  I scanned the objects and made them available here.

Additionally to the printed parts, which I recommend to print in ABS or ASA, you need a 1mm thick Rubber piece in the rough dimension of 110x42mm that mounts on the 4 little studs as part of the scanned objects. Here's 1 example from Amazon which you can use to cut to dimension (haven't tried it myself, since I have the originals still available): https://www.amazon.de/Easyboost-Gummiplatte-Zuschneiden-Motorroller-Kohlenwasserstoff/dp/B0FYRJYN9K

Further you need screw-clips, I also haven't tried them (yet - they're on the way) but something like this: https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005006428347335.html

The pictures show the white piece which i printed and the black one being the original.

This is great! I wonder if TPU would work for the rubber flap?

That's a valid question. I'll give it a try next time my printer has nothing to do :)
