Description
Another option for a belt tensioner for Z-axis synchronization on the Tronxy X5SA.
The original upgrade kit from Tronxy includes 24T pulleys with 8mm.
for my belt tensioner, you can also buy 5mm pulleys and mount them directly on the stepper motor shaft, so that not too much build height is lost.
-the 5mm pulleys can be screwed directly into the printed part
-M5 heat-set inserts are used for the “support screw” and the fastening of the 2 parts
-the attachment to the frame of the Tronxy X5SA is done using T-slot nuts
