Description

Congratulations on finally discovering FunOrNothing :)

🌀 RadGauge – Radius Measurement Tool

Radgauge is an innovative device designed to quickly and accurately measure the radius of a curved surface. Currently, various designs are available depending on the measurement range and function, and the characteristics of each design can be checked in the table below.

I'm adding a new model to my RadGauge series.

RadGauge-Dual NANO

When I unveiled the RadGauge-Dual model a few days ago, I expected it to be less popular than the original RadGauge, but the response exceeded my expectations.

Of course, this was partly due to the addition of an internal radius measurement feature, which the original RadGauge lacked. But perhaps more importantly, many people felt the same sense of engineering pleasure I felt from the device's movement.

So, I designed the NANO model, which uses the same mechanism to measure radii up to 30mm.

This is the smallest RadGauge-Dual model.
While it offers the same measurement range as the original RadGauge NANO, this model has some unique features.

1. It features a 1:1 linear scale instead of an extended arc scale.
2. It can also measure curved models with extremely thin thicknesses of less than 1 mm.

(There is a protrusion on the bottom of the slider that allows you to measure radius at the floor.)

I hope that those who loved the original RadGauge will be satisfied with this model.

!!CAUSION!!

Please note that if the build plate has poor adhesion, the scale may not print properly.

For smooth sliding, the use of a smooth plate is recommended.
