Description

This Stratocaster tremolo block is designed to act as a tremolo stop for guitars with a floating tremolo system. It is placed in the tremolo cavity to limit or fully stop tremolo movement making the bridge behave like a fixed or decked setup.

The primary purpose of this block is to stop the floating trem from actuating which improves tuning stability and makes string bending feel more consistent. An added benefit is increased contact between the tremolo system and the guitar body which can help improve sustain and resonance.

This is not a replacement tremolo block and does not replace the original metal hardware. It is intended as an add on component used alongside the existing tremolo system.

Optimized for 3D printing this design is ideal for players modders and builders looking for a reversible non permanent way to stabilize a floating tremolo without permanent modification.

Print install and enjoy a more stable Strat style setup with improved feel and sustain.
