Almond Trophy – Risalamande Tradition

This Almond Trophy is inspired by the classic Danish Christmas tradition of finding the almond in the risalamande.
In Denmark, the person who finds the hidden almond wins a prize — and this trophy is a fun, modern take on that tradition.

The trophy features a stylized almond being held by and hand on a solid base, designed to work as a reusable almond prize that can be brought out year after year.

An optional title plate is included and fits into the recessed indent on the base, allowing you to personalize the trophy. I have made a simple plate with the title “Mandlen 2025”.

🖨️ Printing Recommendations

• Material:
  • Base: PLA
  • Almond: PLA Silk (gold is highly recommended for a classic look)
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 10–20%

🔧 Assembly

1. Print the trophy and optional title plate
2. Glue the title plate into the recessed indent (optional)

• Print the almond in gold or silk gold for a traditional prize look
• Add the year or family title to the title plate
• Use different colors to create multiple prizes
