Shower Glass Door Handle (Screw-in)

This is a custom-designed replacement handle for glass shower doors. It features a dual-cone "hourglass" shape, which provides an excellent, ergonomic grip—even with wet hands. The design consists of two parts (male and female) that screw together through the glass for a secure fit.

Dimensions & Compatibility:

• Handle Size: 30mm (diameter) x 50mm (length).
• Door Compatibility: Designed to fit glass door holes between 11.6mm and 15mm.
• Thread: Custom M9 (9mm) thread.

Print Recommendations: 
This model relies on threaded parts, so print accuracy is key.

• Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS is recommended for water/heat resistance (PLA may deform in hot showers over time).
• Walls/Perimeters: 4 Walls (Essential for structural strength when tightening).
• Infill: 10% Gyroid (Provides uniform strength).
• Layer Height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm. (Fine layer height is necessary for the threads to work smoothy).
• Clearance: The thread has a 0.15mm of clearence to ensure they screw together easily without post-processing.

Assembly: Simply insert the male threaded side through one side of the glass and screw the female side onto it from the other. Hand-tighten firmly.
