Filament Spool Adapter (CFS Compatible)

This model is a filament spool adapter intended for use with automatic filament feeding systems such as the Creality CFS.

Spool width range: 24 mm to 80 mm

Structural Features

Two side plates connected by a threaded center assembly

Male and female threads provide adjustable clamping

Sloped center geometry on the inner faces provides an auto-centering mechanism during assembly

Designed to fit inside the spool hub and clamp against the spool walls

Center coupler (small part) is only required when the filament spool width is smaller than 43 mm

Intended Use

Adapts non-standard or small filament spools to the standard 1 kg spool form factor required by CFS

Provides structural support for cardboard filament spools during use in automated feeding systems
