Fiat Bravo Cupholder

A compact cupholder part designed for the Fiat Bravo — made to fit cleanly and print reliably with minimal hassle. The geometry is optimized for strong walls and a neat surface finish when printed with a properly tuned Arachne wall generator.

Print info (tested):

• Weight: ~84 g (with the settings below)
• Infill: 30%
• Wall generation: Arachne (correctly calibrated)
• 3 wall loops: for best durability
• 0.16 layer height

Recommended settings:

• 0.4 mm nozzle
• 0.2 mm layer height (0.16 mm for extra smooth finish)
• 3–4 walls for stiffness
• 30% infill (Gyroid)
• Supports: not required in most orientations (depends on your slicer/settings)

Notes:

• If your fit is slightly tight/loose, adjust XY compensation (or scale by ~0.5–1%) depending on your filament and printer tolerances.
• Works great in PETG/ABS for better heat resistance, but PLA is fine for mild climates.
