New Version 2 - Displayed in Blue and Bone White

The model has been redone to be of much higher detail and quality.  The tail is positioned differently for easier printing, and a weapon added to one hand.  Overall a much better model.  Two examples of the model after printed are displayed both at .2 and .12 mm layer heights.  Both prints came out great!

Version 1 - Displayed in Silver

Print came out well, there was some slight stringing along the lowest point of the tail, but besides that the print went according to plan.  Future prints would likely be at a larger size to see more detail.

Infill and Height Rang Modifier Justification – 150 mm

Long, thin arms and legs are prone to crack or break during the removal of supports.  This is the reason for the very high infill.  A high infill is not necessary for the stand, which is almost 9 mm (74 layers with first layer at .2 and the rest at .12). For this reason, there is a standard infill for the stand, then a much higher infill for the rest of the model.

Suggestion to Reduce Print Time

The model can always be moved vertically downward (z-axis) into the build plate within the slicer. This will cut down the print time as the printer will not print anything below the build plate after the model has been sliced.

Pose and Expression

The pose and facial expression seem appropriate for this character.  Generally, there are issues with fingers when they point downward during support removal. 

Noticeable Error

The fingers and toes of those born as Na’vi should be four digits, not five, so this model is not a true representation of the character. 

Files

The STL file provided is the character without the stand.  The Bambu file (3MF) has the character merged to a stand.  An STL file labeled VarangVersion2 is the newer version.
