Description
Bracket and seven different box sizes for mounting on a 20 mm electrical installation pipe.
The boxes can be easily detached from the clamp without having to remove the clamp from the conduit and without taking out the contents.
It is very practical if you have already installed the electrical conduit and still need to install sockets and switches. This allows you to place materials such as screws, dowels, and wire end ferrules within easy reach in the box. Door keys can also be stored above the typical light switch beside the basement door, for example.
The boxes are available in seven different sizes (in mm, L x W x H):
- 50x50x20
- 60x60x20
- 80x40x20
- 80x80x20
- 100x50x20
- 120x60x20
- 150x40x20
PETG is recommended, but I also printed it with PLA and PLA matte and it´s stable and flexible enough to clamp it on a 20mm conduit several times without it breaking.
Attention:
Standard clamp size on first plate is Medium (M).
Depending on the material and your printer, there are different tolerances. Therefore, the clamps are available in 3 different groove sizes (see plate No. 2). This allows you to try which clamp fits best before printing many clamps.
