AAA to AA Battery Adapter Casing

Design Concept

Sometimes at home, when you need AA batteries but don't have any, or if you habitually only buy one type of battery, you can use this converter to turn AAA batteries into AA batteries.

Model Description

After printing the model, a screw needs to be twisted into the bottom, with an overall length of 4-5mm. The existing model has a 2.0mm hole. You can choose an M3*4 screw. I directly used an M3*10 self-tapping screw, cut it short with pliers, and then slightly ground the head with a whetstone. You can choose the hole size according to the materials you have at home. After screwing it in, the screw needs to protrude slightly, about 0.5-0.8mm, to ensure good contact between the screw and the battery.

Tips:

1 Due to differences in materials and printer types, print quality and tolerances may vary. After printing, if you find that the fit is too loose or too tight, you can scale parts of the model as needed.

2 If some connections are loose or fit too tightly, you can use some glue to secure them, or sand down the corresponding parts.
