Description

AMS second stage feeder gear plate

This version comes from the original one that has broken because of its fragile structure.  The size it's the same as the original and the internal gear spins regularly once mounted everything back on.

This solves the problem that causes the AMS to enter into a loop of loading/unloading the filament because of the traction of filament once in proximity of the head.

Please print this item with a 0.2 mm hotend, 0.10 mm layer height, 6 walls and 35% infill.

I used Bambulab's ABS, do NOT use PLA: this is a part exposed to heat because of friction between the plate and the gear even if for few seconds during loading/unloading the filament.

I not recommend to use PLA for this part because of frictions generated. For the nozzle you can try, but I don't guarantee that the final dimensions will be respected.
