This adjustable headphone stand for desk is designed for anyone searching for a modern, minimalist headphones holder that works both as a functional desk accessory and a design piece for office or home setups.

The model was fully designed in Fusion 360 and is composed of 5 separate 3D printable parts:

• Base

• Adjustment screw

• Outer cylinder

• Inner cylinder

• Top headband support

Thanks to the telescopic vertical shaft, this headphone stand can be easily adjusted in height, making it ideal for over-ear headphones and large ear cups, including Apple AirPods Max.

A side adjustment screw allows precise fine tuning. When printed using the recommended print profile, the thread fits perfectly, tightens smoothly, and holds firmly without slipping.

The base and top support feature a press-fit design. For a long-lasting and professional result, a small amount of glueis recommended during final assembly.

This 3D printed headphone stand was a long and carefully developed project, created to combine minimalist design, desk organization, and functional engineering into a single object.
