Mini ITX Case for 10 inch rack, with PSU & SFF GPU

This is a mini ITX computer case for a 10 inch rack, which features the ability to add a half-height, small form factor dual slot graphics card of upto 185mm ling (like a Gigabyte RTX 5060 LP), and an HDPlex GaN power supply ! Everything fits in 2U, no additional space needed !

It provides enough height clearance to fit a reasonably performant LP CPU cooler, like the ThermalRight X47 Full Copper. It also features the ability to add 4 60mm fans on the sides, and all the holes of the case are intended to fit heatset inserts for M3 screws (except for the PSU, holes are for M3 coutersank screws, as per PSU manufacturer recommendations). 

The case fits a 12mm power button at the front.

Clearance for a M.2 slot at the back of the motherboard is ensured thanks to the included cutout.

Sagging is minimal, about 1°.

Recommended printing directions :

Please note I printed this part on a X1 Carbon, and it took me multiple tries to find a good set of printing parameters. This part is very close to the size limits for a 256*256*256mm print volume, so it took some work to figure it out.

• Use PETG or another similarly heat resistant and strong material. A standard PLA will deform over time because of the heat from the computer hardware
• I printed it face down.
• Use of supports and brim is highly recommended to mitigate warping and other unwanted issues
• I had to slow down my first layer quite a bit to get good adhesion. (30mm for walls, 50mm for infill)
• 3 perimeters, 15% gyroid infill
• Textured PEI plate
