Description

This is an accent floor lamp, its a great addition to any room to provide a little extra light or add to the ambiance or atmosphere of the room. This model is very customizable and easy to put together using lights from BambuLab. Simply choose how many height modules you want to use to get the light to your desired height and add in either RBG lights or COB tunable whites light strip.

This is an optional Hybrid model so if you have access to a laser cutter you can elevate the material choice and design using a simple laser cut top piece or just 3D print the entire thing.

Assembly:

You will need your choice of RBG or COB lights from BambuLab, X amount of middle pices for your desired height, 1 top piece, 1 base, and 1 lid (laser cut or 3D printed)

Push together all of the middle and top shaft pieces to make a singular long light shaft of your desired height, for added stability put glue between all the pieces as you put them together.

Starting at the base of the light shaft, slick your lights onto the indented channel until you reach the top. At the top cut along the marked lines as close to the ramp section as possible without going onto it.

Take the light shaft with installed lights and insert it onto the base using the same mechanism as linking all the shaft pieces together

Now feed the receiver through the base making sure to leave it on the outside while the wires are on the inside so it is able to receive inputs more reliably.

Once on the inside plug the wires into eachother.

Now slide the lid from the top all the way down to the base and snap it into place

Hello, I printed the base with the standard supports you had already applied, but the overhang part came out very badly, it doesn't let me modify the supports you have already inserted, in the settings the supports are already deactivated, how can I do it?

Hey, sorry to hear you had issues with the supports. Supports are only turned on for the base of this model so to change them you need to select the object and look at the settings of the base object rather than the global settings. If you are having issues finding it or more issues printing it let me know and I’d be happy to help you with a custom print profile to ensure it works properly on your printer ❤️

Hello, you were very kind to reply so quickly, I had problems with printing the base and it would be very convenient if you could help me with a correct profile, I use the P2s, thank you very much

Just so I make the profile perfect for you, could you describe in more detail what the issues you had are. If you would also include pictures this would be helpful too. Along with anything you can specifically describe as an issue and I’ll get to work on a profile for you

Mid Wall Height Lamp
Super Design! Thanks for sharing. Now the lamp is finished and looks excellent. I printed nine elements for the LED strip with PETG HF in dark grey, the base also PETG HF in white from BambuLab, and I laser-cut the cover from 4mm poplar plywood (XTool M1) - it fits perfectly. With an overall height of approx. 1.90m, the lamp is a bit fragile when transported, but once it's standing, everything holds without any problems
