Cabinet Hanging Shelf – Fully Parametric, No Hardware Required

This is a fully parametric cabinet hanging shelf system designed to maximize unused vertical space without drilling, screws, or permanent hardware.

 

The shelf hangs securely from an existing cabinet shelf using a printed hook. Every critical dimension is driven by Fusion parameters, allowing the model to be easily customized to fit your exact cabinet width, depth, shelf thickness, and spacing.

 

I really liked the original design but it was too tall for my intended purpose so I redesigned it from the ground up in fusion to make it adaptable to any cabinet/shelf combo.

📐 Customizable Parameters

The following dimensions can be adjusted via Modify → Change Parameters:

  • Shelf width (overall length)
  • Shelf depth (usable depth)
  • Vertical spacing between shelves
  • Existing shelf thickness
  • Corner radius and hook offsets
  • Biscuit/connector tolerance (default tuned for FDM printing)

No sketches or features need to be edited — simply change the values and regenerate.
