Piston and connecting rod hat rack
Print Profile(1)

Description
A gift that I created for a friend so he always had his hat ready to go when walking out the door. I modelled up a piston and connecting rod to as realistic dimensions as I could with the drawings I found online and made it so it mounted to the wall using 2 standard drywall screws.
The image shown is made out of Silk PLA+ from Bambu and while it holds, the printing angle means it doesn't look the greatest in my opinion from the small portions held up from the supports, but I tested the strength and it is more than fine if you snag your hat or something on it.
I had fun designing it and I wanted to share it with others so I hope you enjoy!
Boost Me (for free)
This was one of the more detailed drawings I have done in CAD so if you appreciate the model or would like to download it to gift to a friend I would greatly appreciate the boost! I hope you enjoy!
