Description
Ludwig Van Beethoven - Bust in Faux-Bronze 100 mm
A friend asked me to make a bust of her favourite composer.
Since I didn't manage to sculpt the face well enough on my own, I used MakerWorld-Image-to-3D to give me a starting point, that I then refined in my favourite program: Meshmixer.
I printed two models: one in black PETG_HF on my P2S, one in black PLA on my A1.
The PLA model was first hand painted in acrylic, with a mix of Titanium White, Grey and Sap Green.
Then both models were treated with Inka Gold Wax to get a "Bronze" effect.
Needs to be printed with easy-to-remove supports.
