🔴 KnightRider ESP32 – KITT LED Scanner

This project recreates the iconic Knight Rider / KITT red scanning light in a compact, modern form, designed to fit perfectly inside a 3D-printed enclosure. Inspired by the legendary KITT dashboard, this build delivers a smooth, dynamic scanning animation that instantly brings strong retro automotive vibes to any desk, shelf, or display.

🎛️ Interactive & Customizable

Once powered on, the device runs automatically with the classic Knight Rider effect.
If Wi-Fi is enabled, a captive configuration page opens when you connect, allowing you to:

  • Choose any custom LED color
  • Switch instantly between predefined RGB colors
  • Fine-tune brightness and animation speed
  • Reset everything to default with one click

No internet connection required.

This project is aimed at makers who enjoy combining 3D printing, electronics, and embedded code into a single polished object.
