Description
The Mini C-Clamp is a compact, 3D-printable clamping solution designed for light workshop, hobby, and bench tasks. Its small size makes it perfect for tight spaces where standard clamps are too bulky, while still providing reliable clamping force.
This design is available in three sizes, offering different jaw openings to suit a variety of applications:
- 45 mm opening
- 37 mm opening
- 30 mm opening
Design & Components
Each clamp consists of three separate parts:
- Clamp Body – the rigid C-shaped frame
- Clamp Screw – provides adjustable clamping force
- Pressure Tip – distributes force evenly between the screw and the workpiece
The pressure tip helps protect surfaces and ensures smooth, controlled clamping.
Printing & Assembly Notes
- Print the parts in a strong material for the best durability
- PLA works for light-duty use
- No supports required
- Assemble by inserting the screw through the body and screwing the tip onto the screw end
