Imagine a snowy winter evening in a cozy kitchen, where a mom and her kids are preparing pierogi for the holidays. Snow taps at the windows, dough dust floats through warm light, and the table has turned into a flour-covered workstation. The little ones help roll the dough while Mom hands out jobs: one child fills, another seals, and the last gets the “important responsibility” of punching out perfect circles. With this 90mm cutter, every press drops a clean, generous dough round onto the board—big enough to hold extra filling, sturdy enough for tiny hands to manage, and consistent enough that nothing goes to waste.
What used to be slow and uneven becomes comfortable, quick, fun, and repeatable. Laughter replaces frustration. Stacks of uniform pierogi pile up for boiling, pan-frying, or freezing. The evening becomes less about labor and more about memory-making—something the family looks forward to repeating every year. It is the kind of kitchen ritual that makes holidays feel like holidays.
Cutting dough for pierogi can be inconsistent and tedious without the right tools. This 90mm circular dough cutter solves that by producing larger, perfectly uniform circles in seconds. The tapered cutting edge reduces resistance, and the bridge-style handle keeps your grip comfortable—even during large batch sessions.
It also makes a thoughtful holiday gift for anyone who cooks, bakes, or loves handmade pierogi (works great for cookies too!). Pair it with a family recipe card and a bag of flour, and you have a practical stocking stuffer for moms, dads, grandparents, new homeowners, or that friend who always hosts dinner.
Size/Measurements
- Inner Diameter: 90 mm
- Height: 25 mm
Care Instructions
Wash thoroughly before first use and after each session. This design was printed in ASA, which is highly heat-resistant and allows for dishwasher cleaning, though handwashing with mild soap is always safe.
Materials and Printing Tips
Recommended Material: ASA
- Chosen for its dishwasher durability, heat resistance, and long-term rigidity. You can use PETG - but it's not dishwasher safe
- Layer Height: 0.20 mm for a clean beveled cutting surface.
- Perimeters / Infill: 7 walls, 100% infill for maximum stiffness.
- Print Time: Approximately 2–3 hours, depending on settings.
Usage Instructions
- Roll out your dough evenly to the desired thickness.
- Press the cutter straight down for clean circles—no twisting required thanks to the beveled cutting edge.
- Repeat as needed for large, uniform pierogi bases that fold and seal easily.
Made as a larger diameter cutter that makes it great for pierogi, vareniki, empanadas, ravioli, and small hand-pies
This 90mm version grew out of a simple request at home for “bigger pierogi with more filling.” If it brings the same convenience, joy, and family moments to your kitchen—or to someone you gift it to—then it has already done its job.
